Born in Columbia, South Carolina, Eric C. Davis has been dedicated to providing thorough and aggressive legal representation in civil litigation, workers’ compensation, personal injury and criminal defense for more than 20 years. After finishing his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Eric attended the University of South Carolina School of Law. While working towards his law degree, he interned for U.S. Senator Strom Thurmond and U.S. Congressman Floyd Spence. After receiving his Juris Doctorate and passing the Bar, Eric began his legal career which included a partnership at Davis & Shaw, LLC, and ten years of practice with Atwater & Davis, LLC. As a solo practitioner, Eric can provide the personalized focus necessary to deliver the best possible outcome to his clients. Eric Davis also represented USA Taekwondo in its bid to become the National Governing Body for the Olympic sport at the USO.
